In this deployment:
- New project page design.
- Removed license discovery and display of discovered licenses.
- Modified tagging feature to simplify tagging and limit the number of tags per project to 20 (on edit).
- New design for the Ohloh home page at www.ohloh.net focused on introducing brand-new users to the site, and highlighting the newest features.
